    Great Location for Exploring 🌟

This place is in a fantastic spot with everything nearby - shops, bars, and even the metro. It's a short walk to the charming Canal du Midi and right by the canal. Perfect for soaking up the local vibes and easily getting around.

Excellent location. Nearby there are shops and bars and very close to the centre on foot.at the reception they offer you all the information, and even if you can't get there at reception time, they make it easy for you to get to the apartment.the kitchen was well equipped.

I don't know which room the pictures are from, our room didn't correspond. I suppose they took advantage of some reform to make the photos, room they offered us was old, although it was not bad you get a disappointment because you expect something else. In the bathroom there were pieces of broken wood, in general the room was small. There were only three in the whole room, one was in the corridor. Wifi was very slow, especially at night, where obviously everyone connects. Connecting several devices; an odyssey. parking is paid for separately!!!! I think they should put it in the web description.

My room was well equipped with a microwave oven, climate control, and tea/coffee making facilities, and it was soundproofed; the location was great, just a minute walk from Place Dupuy.

The first impression was not good at all. We asked to move to a better room and they got it fixed. The staff is very friendly and they are looking for a real solution. It is not advisable to take a cheap room or a room with two beds because they are not beds, it is a very used sofa. The upper room is much more comfortable and better lit, although in general, you can see that it has been years since the last renovation. The kitchen is fine for what it is, as is the bathroom, it is good for a couple of nights. The parking is good, covered and underground under the hotel. On public holidays and Sundays you can park for free in the street, which at least in winter, is feasible.

The couch is not acceptable for sleeping, it's small and old. The pictures of the rooms are from a few years ago, or are very well done.

The apartment is small but it has all the services: a small fridge, a microwave and a two-burner stove. It also has crockery although there is no detergent or scouring pad. The bed is foldable and is hidden to give more space to the room during the day. The car park is in the same building as the hotel and there is direct access with the lift. We had a small problem and that was that one night we arrived and there was no place to park, even though we had paid for our reservation. We called, several times, to the contact telephone that was in reception, but nobody answered. In the end, we had to leave the car outside and park it the next morning when a place was free. However, the hotel staff were very kind and invited us to breakfast and they discounted our parking fee for the inconvenience. I found this to be a very appropriate and professional gesture. As an anecdote we also had a fire alarm and were evicted. Everything went smoothly and, as I said, it was an anecdote. The location is perfect for a walking tour of the main monuments of Toulouse and access by car is very easy.

I didn't like that we couldn't contact anyone during the night even though we called the personal phone number and lobby phone number to the numbers announced in reception. If it had been a serious emergency I don't know what would have happened. On the contrary, everything was resolved very well and next day we were compensated for the inconvenience. professional and attentive.

The setting is excellent, so close to all tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, subway station, main roads. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient.

That the location is central, there is no doubt about it. And it's reasonably well equipped. The staff is friendly; and the garage is accessible and comfortable. The heating works well, and can be regulated (we travel during the cold Occitan winter). For the price, and especially considering the situation, it is a very valid option with which to spend a few days in such a delicious city.

There is not even a millimetre to spare; what is more, for those of us who are not Victoria's Secret angels, things are a bit scarce: wandering around the kitchen-dining room can become a yincana (pardon the spelling, it is the one recommended by the FUNDÉU); with the bed lowered, transit becomes almost impossible, in a task worthy of a squalid contortionist. bathroom fittings and somewhat pitiful state of some of the agglomerates would deserve a revision.

At Home Appart Hotel is centrally-located, good value for money, and with excellent service from the staff.

The quality of the beds is sub-standard.

Large bathroom. Bathtub in a studio. Basic cooking utensils provided in the kitchenette. Comfortable fold up bed (that did not squeak). Good soundproofing from neighbouring rooms.

Construction work outside the window and scaffolding in the balcony. (necessary evil maybe) Little closet / storage space.

The reception staff are brilliant; very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. The secure underground car park was a real bonus. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

The weather was warm, had such a great stay of 6 nights. Greatly enjoyed the silent and spotless studio on the 10th floor with a beautiful view.- A microwave oven, air conditioning, and a work desk were provided.- The hotel had a marvelous position by the river.

The effectiveness and courtesy of staff. Position (ie proximity to city area services), and accessibility of in-house facilities (ie garage)

Wi-fi code and personal appliances (eg hair-dryer) only available on demand at reception...but reception closing at 21:00 and opening at 08:00!!
